Booking Confirmation: All appointments with Defined By Grace are subject to availability and require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit is transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Any appointment cancellation within 24 hours or no-show will result in the full service charge being applied. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please notify us at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.
Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without penalty, subject to availability. All booking changes, including rescheduling and cancellations, must be made online via our online scheduler.
Deposit Policy: The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of the appointment.
Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will be charged in full for the service.
Service Changes: Defined By Grace reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will endeavor to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
